Pressure is mainly caused by external stimulation, accompanied by physiological functions of some organs or changes in other psychological activities. Some scholars have gradually extended their basic definition of stress to stress, which refers to a person's own and mental health problems caused by stress in normal work, study and daily life. These factors destroy the individual's psychological balance and need to be solved in a positive and effective way.The young civil servants in villages and towns are the public officials who perform their duties according to law,are included in the administrative structure of the country at the grass-roots level in villages and towns, and are paid by the financial department.More and more attention has been paid to the pressure they bear.On the one hand, their work is arduous but their voice is not high, and their people are weak.on the other hand. They face the people directly and have heavy tasks at the grassroots level, which will attract the attention of the people. In such an environment, young civil servants in villages and towns may not be able to balance their personal life and work, which is prone to stress. This practical study will be carried out in the following steps. The first stage:combing the relevant literature at home and abroad to search and consult the literature related to the key words such as social work intervention, young civil servants in villages and towns, and stress issues,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of research;the second stage, through interviews in the early stage,to understand the pressure status of young civil servants in villages and towns to select the service objects involved;the third stage, divided into In the fourth stage, from the perspective of the competent departments(government),social organizations, individuals and families, this paper analyzes and puts forward relevant suggestions and preliminary countermeasures to reduce the pressure of young civil servants in villages and towns.Starting from the problem of pressure faced by the young civil servants in villages and towns, this paper systematically involves the problem of pressure of the young civilservants in villages and towns by using two relatively common professional methods of social work,i.e.case work method and group work method, and relying on the theoretical support of Maslow's demand level theory, humanism theory and social support theory.Through the effective intervention of social work,we can guide them to solve their own pressure problems correctly, and at the same time provide a research perspective of social work for the solution of the pressure problems of township group civil servants.
