E-commerce refers to through various electronic means of communication in business activities,and its connotation is rich,including the use of the Internet for the transaction,including the use of telephone.Telegraph and other electronic means of communication to complete the transaction;both traditional physical commodity trading,including electronic service modern trading is;including the contents of the traditional electronic services,including new products.In short,e-commerce is a new business exchange mode formed with the combination of commercial mode of the development of Internet technology and traditional lines.Compared with the traditional offline face-to-face transaction mode,e-commerce has a traditional commodity exchange can not be compared with the distinctive characteristics of universality,convenience and compatibility.The safety of the electronic commerce consumer personal information is suffering the hitherto unknown threats,China’s e-commerce consumer personal information related to the legal protection system is also facing a hitherto unknown challenge.With the rapid development of e-commerce economy is in sharp contrast to the protection of personal information of consumers and the related legal system of our country,The lag has become the shackles of the development of e-commerce in China,and how to improve and perfect the relevant legal system of protecting the personal information of consumers in e-commerce has become a new topic to be studied urgently.In this paper,using the method of comparative analysis and empirical research method,research on the legal problems of the protection of personal information of consumers in e-commerce consumers from e-commerce perspective.Besides the preface and conclusion,the theme is divided into four parts.The first part is the electronic commerce and the consumer personal information.The main overview of e-commerce and the consumers’ personal information and other related concepts are defined,based on e-commerce and its characteristics are analyzed,the introduction of personal information of consumers,and analyzes the characteristics ofe-commerce consumer personal information,emphasizing the necessity of protection consumers’ personal information in electronic commerce.The second part is the existing consumer protection of personal information in China’s e-commerce development problems.From the analysis of the main problems of the present development of e-commerce consumer personal information protection,through the form of case introduced electronic commerce some forms of personal information in violation of consumer,summarizes and analyzes the causes of these problems.In our understanding of the general situation of the protection of personal information of consumers,in order to learn from foreign advanced legislative experience,the article in the third part of the text in the United States and Germany as an example,a comparative analysis of the foreign electronic consumers of personal information protection legislation and other aspects of the situation,through the introduction of the United States,Germany and other countries in the legislation of e-commerce consumer personal information protection,industry autonomy situation,proposed our country can learn from the experience.The fourth part is the main content of consumers in e-commerce in China Personal information protection suggestions,this is the core of the paper.Based on the situation of China,Europe and other countries on the basis of experience,from the legislation and self-discipline,consumers put forward in our country electronic commerce legal protection of personal information recommendations.
