Explicit And Implicit Integration Method Of Ideological And Political Education And Its Application Research

With the development of the times and the profound changes of people’s ideas,The original single dominant Ideological and Political Education methods can not solve the Ideological and Political Education practice in the face of some of the new problems.It is urgent to innovate the methods to better solve the problems of people’s thinking and behavior.The complementary integration of explicit and implicit methods of Ideological and Political Education can avoid their shortcomings,realize the complementary advantages,and form the largest educational resultant force.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the basic theory and the specific application of explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education,to further promote the development of explicit and implicit integration method,and improve the actual effect of Ideological and Political Education.This thesis consists of three chapters:The first chapter:The related theoretical analysis of explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education.Starting from the concept and characteristics of the explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education,which is the basis of this study.And summarize three types of explicit and implicit integration method,namely,explicit and implicit alternating fusion,explicit and implicit complementary fusion,explicit and implicit penetrative fusion.To further clarify the inner rules of explicit and implicit integration method.The second chapter:The basis and function of the establishment of explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education.The theoretical basis is explained from the aspects of the point of view of relation and contradiction of Marxphilosophy,the theory of conscious and unconscious of psychology,pedagogy of explicit and implicit convergence course theory,people’s ideological and moral formation and development of the rules and methods of Ideological and political education on comprehensive development.Its practical basis is analyzed from the innovation of the ideological and political education method,improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education,to meet the practice of Ideological and political education of the contemporary rapid changes,analyzes the practical basis of the ideological and political education and foreign experiences etc.Secondly,discussing the role of the explicit and implicit integration from three aspects: to improve the content transmission,to regulate the relationship between the educator and the educational object,and to form the resultant force of education.Clarifying the microscopic meaning of the explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education.The third chapter:The strategy of using explicit and implicit integration method of Ideological and Political Education.This part expounds the three aspects:the using principle,the main methods and the practical requirements of the explicit and implicit integration method.The main ways used include:the integration of theme education and cultural activities,the integration of network management and moral self-discipline,the integration of cultural edification and ideological guidance,the integration of role experience and personality guidance,the integration of aesthetic education and value guidance,etc.The principles and practice requirements are the theory and practice of the application of explicit and implicit integration method,in order to better promote its role play.
