Analysis Of The Implicit Ideological And Political Education Of Public Security

Ideological and political education is an important means and central part of the ideological and political work of public security,and it is a powerful guarantee for all public security work.For a long time,ideological and political education of public security mainly use the dominant way of education,such as heart-to-heart talk,meeting,theoretical courses,and have achieved good results,ensured the integrity and the advancement of the public security team.However,as the time goes by,some of the drawbacks of explicit ideological and political education have gradually revealed.The implicit ideological and political education has the characteristics of "transforming education into intangible",that can effectively make up for the lack of explicit ideological and political education,introducing it into the ideological and political work of public security could enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of public security.This paper makes some exploratory research on the implicit ideological and political education of public security.First of all,it summarizes the concept,characteristics and functions of the implicit ideological and political education of public security.The implicit ideological and political education of public security is a way to educate the police officers in an unconscious state,it hide the content of education in the material,the environment,the spirit,the administration and the activity,it’s different from the explicit educational methods,it’s hidden,osmotic,openly,independent,it can improve the moral cultivation,assimilate the cognition,and improve the psychological state of the police officers.And then analyzes the theoretical basis of the implicit ideological and political education from the aspects of philosophy,psychology and pedagogy,discusses the necessity of the implicit ideological and political education from three aspects: educational environment,educational object and education mode,also raises the unique advantages of the implicit ideological and political education of public security.Finally,analyzes the practical application of the implicit ideological and political education from three aspects: the principle,the way and the safeguard.The implicit ideological and political education should adhere to people-oriented,close to life,moral education system,bind the way of implicit and explicit.Through the material environment,the management system,the interpersonal relationship,the spiritual culture and the activity and so on five ways to carry out the implicit ideological and political education,and provide protection from three aspects: establishing perfect system,training professional team,providing adequate liquidity.
