Ideological and political education has the responsibility of inheriting Chinese excellent culture, keeping the correct thinking direction, that’s why it becomes important ideological weapon of the party and state and it has been highly valued by the party and the state all the time.At present, colleges in our country see the dominant education as the main mode of education in China. But today, which has big changes in the international and domestic situation. It also shows a trend of diversification in culture fields. As a result, college students’ Ideological and moral shows the characteristics of independence, diversity and volatility. Today, in the economic globalization period, it’s not enough that ideological and political education works only through the explicit education. So it requires that colleges and universities to make full use of implicit education and also explore its methods and characteristics. As an important complement to explicit education, implicit education has more advantages to adapt to the ideological characteristics of Contemporary college students. Only combine the two educational modes can get the thoroughest reaction of ideological and political education.This paper has some research on the methods of implicit education. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which mainly explains the research background, research significance, research status and the methods. The second chapter talks and explains the concept of implicit education. This part starts with implicit education’s connotation, characteristics and function. It provides a perfect introduction of implicit education’s implicit, permeability, equality, flexibility, durability, and enjoyment. Then make a conclusion of implicit education’s four functions. The third chapter mainly analyzes the use of implicit education in ideological and political education. This part introduces achievement, problems and the corresponding reasons of implicit education. The fourth chapter discusses Strengthening the necessity of implicit education in ideological and political education. The fifth chapter mainly talks about the methods of implicit education in ideological and political education.
