As China enters the aging society,the number of elderly people is increasing,the number of elderly people living alone is increasing,too.Proportion of the elderly population continues to rise.which is bound to lead to many new social problems.While,with the miniaturization of family size,the changing of family structure,the weakening of the family's function of providing for the elderly.On the one hand,the large number of elderly people living alone need more pension services.On the other hand,After the impact of the social environment changes,the traditional way of care can not meet the needs of elderly people living alone,this raises the concern of the community on the issue of elderly people living alone.In addition,China's way of providing for the aged is gradually transformed from the family to the society.While,the community is the basic carrier of elderly people living alone,the status of community is becoming more and more important.Therefore,community needs to reconsider the needs of elderly people living alone,and how to expand the channels of service resources for elderly people living alone?These are issues that need to be addressed in the community,and will become the focus and difficulty of the aging work.Whether to find a model to solve the problem of elderly people living alone,improve the quality of life of elderly people living alone'?Based on this consideration,This study takes the elderly people living alone in the NAU community of Nanjing as an example,try to use the community care model to solve the pension problem of elderly people living alone.First of all,this study used the questionnaire survey method,interview method and participatory observation method to collect the detailed information of the elderly people living alone in the NAU community,and regards the advantage of perspective theory,social support network theory and the theory of increasing energy as the research of the theoretical support to study the elderly people living alone.Secondly,this study combined with the questionnaire survey and interview results to analyze the status quo of the elderly people living alone in the NAU community,as well as the existing problems and difficulties in the NAU community.Finally,referring to the experience of community care model at home and abroad,the researcher put forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the urban elderly people community care model:Firstly,to strengthen the community care philosophy of publicity,to improve the social public's,community residents',especially the elderly and their children's consciousness of the superiority of community care model,in order to provides a good foundation for promoting the community care model,training residents in the community care consciousness,promote the public attention to the work of social services,and consciously to improve the social pension service support.Secondly,to raise community care resources,provide support for promoting community care services.Third,to build a community support network for elderly people living alone,build a safety net for the elderly people living alone.Fourth,to improve the community care security mechanism,to create a good environment for development.Fifth,to integrate human resources,improve the level of professional services,in order to systematic construction of community care model for elderly people living alone in the city.In short,the construction of community care model requires the government,pension service institutions,communities,and the common participation of elderly people living alone,this is the key to promote the smooth implementation of community care model and improve the quality of life of urban elderly people living alone.
