| The pace of aging in China is accelerated,the number of elderly groups is increasing,the elderly living alone is the vulnerable group in the elderly group.The problem of providing for the aged living alone has aroused widespread concern.At present,urban communities in our country vigorously promote community pension and encourage the community to carry out mutual support for the aged.Mutual pension can make up for the deficiency of social pension and family pension.Its essence is to improve the social participation of the elderly living alone,excavate the social value of the elderly themselves,and enhance the mutual support of the elderly themselves,which is the manifestation of active aging.From the perspective of community care,taking X community as an example,the author introduces mutual assistance pension service into the old-age life of the elderly living alone,integrates community resources from three aspects: “ care in the community”,“ care by the community”and “care for the community”,so as to realize the mutual support and pension of the elderly living alone.Based on the theory of active aging and social network,this paper investigates the present situation of the elderly living alone in the community and the needs of the elderly living alone in the community by means of participatory observation,unstructured interviews and questionnaires.According to the needs of the elderly living alone,they link all kinds of volunteer resources for the elderly in the community from three aspects: “care in the community”,“care by the community”and “care for the community”.They help the elderly living alone to build a social network of mutual support for the aged,meet the needs of the elderly living alone in four aspects: medical care,daily life care,spiritual comfort and social participation.The basic city lives alone for the elderly to provide for the aged.In this paper,the effects and shortcomings of community care strategy applied to the mutual support and pension of the elderly living alone are summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the normal development of the mutual support and pension of the elderly living alone. |
