The Research On Its Influencing Factors Of Supplier Selection For Government Purchasing Public Service

Government purchase of public services is to break the original pattern of government monopoly in the field of public services,and bring in market mechanism,making public service provision separated from production,the government will no longer as a single market mainbody,but to purchase public services from enterprises,social organizations(suppliers),serving public services to the publicindirectly.For the research of the government purchase of public services,it must consider to whom the government purchase,that is,the supplier selection problem.Supplier selection is the source of the government purchase of public services,the advantages and disadvantages of suppliers' directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of public services,sothe researchto choose the supplier of the government purchase of public services is necessary.The purpose of this paper is to find out the key factors that affect the government purchase of public services to choose the supplier,through the study and integration of the domestic and foreign government purchases of public services and supplier selection theory,and combining the actual situation of S city has carried on the empirical research.First of all,take the sample descriptive statistics analysis,and then,according to the questionnaire to collect data,according to the processingresult to explore the influence factors of the government purchase of public services to choose the supplier with the correlation degree between the government's purchase intention,to analysethe various influence factors on the influence of the government purchase decisions.Finally,according to the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis of the data,with the research conclusion that put forward in the process of government purchase of public services should be how to choose suppliers,to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the government to buy public service.In this paper,the mathematical analysis tool selects SPSS20.0.Take related government purchasing public service research,supplier selection theory and consumer behavior in the study of purchase decisions as the foundation,established the relationship model of this paper as a government purchase of public services in the process of factors influencing the purchase decision research model of "six factors",and on the basis of the model,put forward the hypothesis that influence purchase decisions of public service government.The questionnaire of government purchase of public service supplier selection is created on the basis of the hypothesis,before the formal questionnaires,carried on the questionnaire pretest firstly,through eliminating the wrong projects to form the final questionnaire.To the participate in government purchase as well as potential government purchase staff of S city distributed 230 pieces of questionnaires,by collecting and analysing the processing data,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this study obtained the price,quality,delivery time,Service,external competitiveness,internal competitiveness and so on that all the validation of the proposed hypothesis,suggests that validation are established.Finally,from the analysis and summary of research conclusion concluded that the factors that affect purchase decisions of public service government.
