Research On Development Path Of Community Foundation In China

The community foundation originated from the western society,is a public welfare organization serviced in a particular area.More than 100 years since the founding of the world's first community foundation,such organizations have become an indispensable force in the development of philanthropy.The first community foundation in China was established in November 2008,and by February 2017,the community foundation registered with the civil administration department has reached 53,they play an increasingly important role in the governance of our country.Based on the status analysis of the domestic 53 community foundation,the paper choose 3 typical community foundation for deep case study,analyze its different development path and their respective bottlenecks and challenges,and in reference on the development experience of foreign community foundation,proposed concrete suggestions that widen the channel of the resources,improve the system of internal and external governance and develop in accordance with the local conditions and in stages.
