| With the gradual expansion of the scale of urbanization in China,the rapid expansion of urban community area and population,urban community public affairs is also expanding.In the traditional governance model,the original system has the status of compartmentalization.As a single entity of community public affairs governance,the government’s drawbacks gradually highlight,it causes the community governance pressure increasing.With the idea of “constructing the social structure and community environment of mutually embedded between nations”,it will be very important for the governance of nationalities mutual embedded community.In this environment,as governance issues highlighted and governance difficulty increases,in order to better deal with the problem of community,to achieve community development,it is necessary to consider applying the idea of collaborative governance to govern this kind of community public affairs.The construction of the nationalities mutual embedded community will promote the national communication,the national contact and the national amalgamation.Guangxi,Nanning is a multi-ethnic city.There are many nationalities mutual embedded communities in Nanning.This article is based on the two nationalities mutual embedded communities and two schools as the research object.Firstly,this paper summarizes the situation of public affairs governance of the urban nationalities mutual embedded community of our country.Second,combined with field investigation and questionnaire survey to analyze the governance status and governance effectiveness of the nationalities mutual embedded community of Nanning,obtains the problems of Nanning and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,based on summarizing the governance experience of foreign developed countries,it can find out the way to realize the collaborative governance of public affairs of the nationalities mutual embedded community of Nanning,and it can sum up the directive significance of our country,hoping to achieve the harmonious development of the community. |
