Research On Collaborative Governance Of Social Organization Embedded In The Urban Community

The foundation of social governance is community governance,which plays an increasingly prominent role and position in the overall layout of national governance.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "build a community of social governance in which everyone is responsible,responsible and enjoys" and "give play to the role of mass organizations and social organizations in social governance",which put forward new requirements for social organizations to embed themselves in communities and collaborate in community governance.Embedding refers to the process and result of one thing entering another thing,emphasizing the connection and integration between the two things.And collaboration refers to the situation of multiple individuals working together,emphasizing the connection and status between multiple subjects.Using the two concepts of embedding and collaboration,this paper elaborates how the public welfare service center of D embeds into the community of H and takes part in the whole process of governance together with other governance subjects.Analysis on the theory of embeddedness perspective,this paper uses case study method,to social organization,community,and community governance theory concept tries to sum up,the domestic and foreign scholars about the relationship between social organizations to participate in community governance,the pattern,the difficulties and countermeasures for comprehensive combing,and the related literature of embedded governance and cooperative governance,The participation of D Public Welfare Service Center in community governance of H was taken as a case study for theoretical research and practical analysis.In-depth interviews were conducted with leaders of social organizations,employees,community workers and community residents,and a large number of practical materials were collected and collated.Scholars Wang Sibin embedded with Mosaic theory and scholar wang,zhang xue,two-way embedding theory analyzes the social organizations and government in the process of participation in community governance,community residents’ committees and the relationship of the community residents,and expounds the D social organizations after the embedded community participation management not only expand the community social security resources,meet the demand of community diversity,The service capacity of social organizations has been further improved,which enriches the diverse subjects of community governance and promotes the harmonious development of communities.Such governance results eventually won the unanimous praise of government leaders,community committees,community residents and the news media.However,in the process of participating in community governance,social organizations are also faced with difficulties such as weak hematopoietic ability,unstable service team,insufficient participation in community governance,low resident participation and imperfect external evaluation system.These issues is due to the lack of policy support,government support social organization own development ability insufficiency,the internal governance mechanism is not perfect,resident participation consciousness is weak,and as a result of social cognition degree is not high,so the social organization to be successful embedded in communities,participate in community governance,together with other governance body to clear its own synergy,Enhance embedding capability and improve collaboration mechanism with other governance bodies.
