| Public security organs at various levels have recruited a large number of auxiliary police staffs for relieving the pressure of traffic management.Auxiliary police staffs assist the traffic police to investigate evidence,administrative punishment,administrative enforcement and other administrative law enforcement activities,however,there are some irregularities in this process.This paper put forward some feasible and rational suggestions by studying the legal status of auxiliary police staffs,dissecting the actuality of auxiliary police staffs participating administrative law enforcement,expounding the concrete behavior of auxiliary police staff participating administrative law enforcement,deeply analyzing the legal questions of that and finding the cause of these questions,meanwhile consummating the laws of auxiliary police staff is suggested to intensify the behavior of auxiliary police staffs participating administrative law enforcement,perfecting the supervision of auxiliary police staffs participating administrative law enforcement,and then to help the auxiliary police staffs integrate the system of administrative law enforcement and assist law enforcement skillfully. |
