Traffic Police Law Enforcement Standardization Construction In Shandong Province

Along with the fast development of China’s economic and social appeared the concept of the rule of law with the masses,the masses demand for road transportation,comply with the traffic police law enforcement activities also continued ascension.All traffic police law enforcement to bad behavior may bring significant social disputes,therefore,the traffic police law enforcement standardization construction not only become the core of government agencies at all levels and related experts pay attention to,is also a group often look forward to deal with the key problem.By using the methods of literature review,case analysis and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and related problems of traffic police law enforcement standardization in山东Province,and analyzes the prominent problems in the construction of law enforcement standardization from five aspects:Legalization of management,procedural discipline supervision,scientific training,standardization of internal affairs and professionalization of police security.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:career development,administrative law enforcement,law enforcement supervision,management rules and law enforcement support.In terms of career development,we should establish a scientific training system,strengthen professional ethics education,daily mental health management and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of traffic police;in terms of administrative law enforcement,we should improve the construction of law enforcement plan,strictly enforce the law enforcement procedures and clarify the discretion.In the aspect of law enforcement supervision,we should optimize the performance appraisal system,strengthen the construction of science and technology police supervision and implement"eight hour"external supervision.In terms of management rules,it is necessary to realize the standardization of material support,the standardization of internal affairs setting,the refinement of daily behavior and the normalization of funds and equipment support.In the aspect of law enforcement support,we should optimize the management system of the detachment and improve the law enforcement and evidence collection.
