Tracing the development history of Guangzhou Metro Corporation, this case describes the status of staff training business of the corporation at its different historic stages, highlighting the contradiction between the staff training program and the Corporation's strategic development.Starting from the Five-Year Development Strategy of Guangzhou Metro Corporation, the author analyses the relationship between the Corporation's staff training program and strategic program, the training organization, training contents, training methods and training evaluation systematically. By adopting the basic principles of management theory such as strategic implementation, organization, communication and control and the relevant knowledge, the author tries to set up a scientific training system for Guangzhou Metro Corporation. Based on this a training information management system will be gradually set up in combination with the way of thinking of Information Management Development of Guangzhou metro in order to display the training's role as the leverage in the Corporation and to continuously satisfy the Corporation's demands for the talented. |
