The Qualitative Research On The Professional Spirit Of Chinese Model Workers And The Attributes

Model Worker is the production of socialist country,also is the practice of Marxist mass view.They represents the outstanding of all kinds of occupations.They are not only representatives of the vanguard of the Chinese working class,they also have a well professional spirit.They deserve to be respected and learned.With the growth of Chinese economy,it needs a high quality and high self-cultivation of the laborer.The rise of China's manufacturing industry,needs more and more high quality laborer.But how does the professional spirit of the model worker form?What are the reasons for them?Hope to get experience enlightenment from the Model Worker.Based on the above the considerations,this study adopted qualitative research methods to conduct in-depth interviews with the labor mode.This study is departed into six chapters,the contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter:introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research plan and the concept definition.The second chapter:discusses the methods.The research methods of this study are discussed,including the discussion of the daily conversation method,the discussion of the image method,and how to apply the two methods on the study.The third chapter:the case study of the career and professional spirit of the model workers.On the basis of career theories,is introduced in the model worker's career,the professional spirit is how to stand out,in addition presents each model worker vocational spirit.The fourth chapter:the influencing factors of the cause of the formation of the professional spirit.Finally the reasons are discussed and summarized.Then we will know what are the internal and external reasons.The fifth chapter:conclusion and discussion.Based on the model,the influencing factors on formation of professionalism,we can come to the conclusion that their professional spirit formation,and on this basis,we will discuss.The sixth chapter:the reflection and prospect.Reflection,summarize the studies on this shortage and lack of follow-up studies.
