Research On College Students’ Military Training Curriculum Optimization Based On Modularized Teaching

With the continuous development of China’s national defense construction and higher education unceasingly thorough, the student military training as a compulsory course in ordinary higher school students, has been paid more and more attention, the overall demand is bigger and bigger, but the student military training course content monotonous old, unscientific structure, teaching attraction is not strong, training is not standard is not uniform problem and the contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent, the curriculum reform and optimization is becoming more and more urgent and necessary military training.In this thesis;based on the idea of modular teaching, aiming at the ordinary college student military training situation, adopt literature analysis, questionnaire, Delphi method evaluation, interviews and other methods, extensive investigation and study, to determine a reasonable teaching module, the teaching content of each module, mainly through the creation of correlation index model, by using the analytic hierarchy process, one by one assessment the course content acquisition can be accomplished, and draw the final conclusion. And in the same university from two conditions and affecting factors are basically the same, the number of students were about 1000 people of the college, take large sample test method to do the empirical research, verified the feasibility and correctness of the conclusion.The basic research achievements are as follows:1, a reasonable division of 4 teaching modules students military training course content: theory teaching module; the skills training module; the deepening development module; the consolidated form module.2, according to the curriculum content establishment theory, created the student military training course Optimized Association index optimization model, scientific and standardized the military training of the students of each module of the course teaching, and has been verified in empirical study.3, according to the differences of students and area, combining with the development of time, puts forward the future perfect student military training course content need to grasp the problem.
