At the present time, there exist a variety of demerits in the accountancy higher vocational education. Such as subdivision of major, mainly course-centered construction system in designing courses and organizing the contents of the courses, excessive stress on theory teaching, neglect the basic vocational training, Say relatively, obscure purpose of the practical courses, not sufficient teaching periods, neither bright employment future nor competence for the post for the graduates. All these disadvantages have a positive influence on realizing of the talent-training goal of professional accounting education. Therefore, to realize this goal, reasonable majors and course setting should be established, a new course setting system called demand-capability model should be constructed based on society-demand-oriented as well as professional skills.The thesis studies the basic thought in relation to course setting reformation of the accountancy higher vocational education, starting with analyzing the existing problems of course setting in traditional professional education accounting major. It puts forward a new course construction system called demand-capability model. It also analyzes the cases happened in the author's college. Several suggestions on course construction system are proposed in the thesis, too.
