Study On Shenzhen Road Traffic Accident Prevention Works

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic construction and continuous expansion of urban scale, geometric growth has been showed in per density of registered vehicles, spawned a large number of road traffic accidents which fetched a crucial test on social and economic development. To prevent occurrence of road traffic accidents in an effective way becomes the focus of social concern. At present, researches on the prevention of road accidents in China mostly are theoretical studies on the macro level, which lack of factual significance based on actual working condition and existing administrative structure. Based on Shenzhen road traffic accident data dated from 2009 to 2013 as samples, by reserving existing administrative structure, this article researched prevention work of road traffic accident in-depth.In the first place, by the ways of data analysis, this article researched features of time, regions,roads, means, participants and misconduct in traffic accident, analyzed four factors including people, vehicle, road and environment influencing the road traffic safety. Then through comparative study, this article indentified deficiencies and problems in current prevention work of road traffic accident in Shenzhen. Combined domestic practices with foreign advanced experiences, from five aspects including strengthen traffic safety education and publicity work,integrate joint conference system of Shenzhen road traffic accidents prevention work, optimize traffic accident data statistical analysis system, eliminate unsafe factor in road traffic, and construct scientific intelligent traffic management system, this article proposed a practical and effective prevention measures led by existing administrative departments that suit for Shenzhen road traffic conditions eventually.
