Research On The Public Culture Service For The Elderly In Fengtai District,Beijing

In China,the situation of aging speed of population is grim.Many of elder people are young.With the improvement of living security,there is a contradiction between the demand for spiritual culture and the supply of public culture.Public cultural service,as the basic guarantee for the state to obtain culture for citizens,puts forward the key requirements for the elderly,while making clear legislation.How to optimize the supply structure,improve the service efficiency and provide more suitable cultural services for the elderly is under the current institutional conditions.The purpose is to effectively unite the large number of elderly people by means of public cultural service,so as to ensure social stability,reduce the pressure of social welfare and promote the development of the cause of aging.The reason why it is called the piblic culture service for the elderly is to consider the service of public culture as the function of service for elderly.It is no conclusion in the academic circle and can be discussed in depth.The government of Fengtai District decided to start the establishment of the capital public cultural service demonstration area in 2016.And this area is the highest proportion of the elderly.Based on the experience of many years' aging work,I decided to research on Fengtai District's public cultural services for the elderly.I use questionnaires and interviews as the research methods of questionnaire,in the form of electronic delivery,wide focus on on the streets,Majiapu street,Lugou Bridge street,Changxindian village,covering Fengtai District utban area,the combination of urban and rural areas and suburban towns,and the related statistics for public culture services elements,finally get 375 copies.Communicate with the staff of street and community above and the elderly,and the leaders of the 3 cultural social organizations.According to official data,questionnaire data and interview information,the system of public cultural elements as the framework,combing the Fengtai District status of the basic needs of public cultural services for the elderly,found that the contradiction between the cultural needs of the elderly and public cultural services,in-depth analysis of reasons causing problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the government,society and families and the elderly.This article hope that the government sector to promote culture services for elderly with the point of public governance,multiple participation,sharing situation of governance,and I am confident that the value of elderly human resources of culture,appeal the government to guide social organizations in the funding of public cultural services,increase the training of older people,in the community work,employ the elderly human resources,improve the existing policy,the protection of the elderly as a social worker's rights and interests,and ultimately reduce to culture services human cost and capital cost.
