In today’s world,knowledge and technology develop rapidly and network information technology gain a rapid development especially.If enterprises aspire to maintain rapid and sustainable development,they must cruit a large number of talents constantly.New employees is an important dynamic source for enterprises in updating knowledge and technology,meanwhile,it is enterprise’s effective strength to realize sustainable development.Nowadays,the Post-90 s employees constitute the main body of enterprise’s newcomers.Especial social economic and family environment forges their distinctive personality characteristics.On the one hand,they generally have a high education level and flexible way of thinking.Meanwhile,they are versatile and can master new things quickly.On the other hand,they are generally lack of resilience in mentally.There are also many other problems,such as self-centered,poor endurance and so on.When they enter a new enterprise,they generally show poor belongingness,weak stress tolerance,interpersonal maladjustment,frequent turnover and so on,which bring a amount of trouble to enterprises.Focusing on the problem of new employees’ turnover intention in stressful situations,this study introduces resilience and discusses the impact of resilience on new employees’ turnover intention.In addition,the study sets work adaptation as mediator variable to explore internal influence mechanism of resilience on turnover intention.Based on the the theoretical and practical problems,this study proposes hypotheses and model and collects primary data through questionnaires and verifies the research hypothesis by the SPASS22.0.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)New employees’ resilience has significant negative predictive impact on their turnover intention,which is the resulted of resilience’s dimensions to turnover intention.Specifically speaking,the impacts of the social ability and self-efficacy is more outstanding,family cohesion’s impact is minimal;(2)New employees’ resilience has significant positive predictive impact on their work adjustment,which is the resulted of resilience’s dimensions to work adjustment;(3)New employees’ work adjustment has significant negative predictive impact on their turnover intention,which is the resulted of work adjustment’s dimensions to turnover intention.Specifically speaking,the impacts of the role clarity and task mastery is more outstanding.The impact of social integration and cultural adaptation is comparatively less.(4)Empirical study shows that work adjustment links between new employees’ resilience and their turnover intention as an mediator variable,but the mediating roles of task mastery dimension is insignificant.According to the results of empirical analysis,this study gives management suggestions from strengthening new employees’ resilience and promoting their work adaptation.Finally,the paper points out this study’ s shortcomings and research directions in the future.
