In the highly competitive social environment,companies get the key to success is to develop human capital.The voluntary departure of employees will increase the investment of enterprises,and may also lose their favorable position in the competition among enterprises.Therefore,it is very significance to study the employee's turnover behavior.Among the many factors that affect employee turnover,work stress is seen as an important antecedent variable.However,previous studies have paid more attention to the negative effects of work stress,but scholars have found that some work pressures have a positive effect on individual work behavior in the organization These pressures can increase the employee's work commitment and increase the motivation to complete the organization's tasks,which pressure is called challenging pressure;Some stress can reduce the motivation of employees and generate negative emotions,which is called obstructive pressure.Analyze the impact of those work pressure on employee turnover intention.In addition,Employees' psychological capital and active personality level may be the third variable that affects the relationship between challenge-obstructive stress and turnover intentionBased on the previous scholars' research,this paper uses questionnaire survey to conduct research on employees.The collected data was tested by SPSS.21 and AMOS21.0.we get the following results:1.The challenging pressure of corporate employees is significantly different in marital status;Obstructive pressure is significantly different in age,marital status,business type and job-hopping behavior;psychological capital is significantly different in age,marital status and position;active personality is significant differences in marital status;there are significant differences in turnover intention in terms of age,marital status,education,business type,length of work per week,and job-hopping behavior.However,the variables have no difference in employee gender.2.Challenging pressure is positively correlated with psychological capital and its various dimensions.There is a negative correlation between the two variables and turnover intention Obstructive stress is negatively correlated with psychological capital and its various dimensions,it's positively correlated with turnover intention3.Psycho logical capital and its dimensions have some intermediary effects in the relationship between challenge-obstructive pressure and turnover intention4.Among the corporate employee groups,active personality adjustment the second half of the mediation model.It's to adjust the impact of psychological capital on turnover intention.
