The Analysis Of The Errors During The Chinese Measure Word Learning Of Brazilian Students And The Suggestions

Measure word is a kind of unique word in modern Chinese,the learners who use the Indo-European language as their mother tongue tend to regard the measure word as the difficulty in Chinese learning.Chinese measure words can be divided into two kinds: measure word for noun and measure word for verb.During the Chinese teaching,the learners of early and intermediate stages mostly come into contact with of the measure words for noun.As the object of the investigation,I chosen the learners of the Confucius Institute at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro,Brazil,who are all at the early and intermediate stages of Chinese.I Investigated and collected their errors,sorted out the common types of errors and their reasons,and puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of measure word for noun in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper can be divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introductory part,the introduction of the background of the research,the object of the research and the methods of the research.Made a Summary of the studies of Chinese measure word,combed the process of determining the name,the classification,the grammatical features of the measure word.And the study of measure word combined with the Chinese teaching.The second chapter gives a brief introduction to the teaching situation of the Confucius Institute,and made a brief introduction to the common expressions of number in Portuguese(Brazilian).In the third chapter,I made a brief introduction and analysis of the design ideas,survey process and survey results of the questionnaire.Chapter 4 is based on the finding,Summed up the Brazilian early,intermediate learners more common types of errors,the main reasons for the error,and put forward specific teaching suggestions for these reasons.
