Kyrgyzstan has more than 80 ethnic groups,ethnic language is complex.In such a multi-ethnic and multilingual country,language has become an important factor affecting ethnic relations.Osh city is the second largest city in Kyrgyzstan,due to historical and natural conditions,the region of the national mixed,language use presents a more complex situation.The language competition of the Kyrgyz and Uzbek people directly reflects the social and ethnic conflicts in the region.The study takes Osh city primary and secondary schools as the research scope,primary and secondary school students and parents as the research object.8 primary and secondary schools were selected in Osh,with 498 primary and secondary school students and 154 parents as subjects.Through the questionnaire survey,observation,interviews and other methods to obtain relevant data and information.This paper discusses the language use status,language ability and attitude towards different languages ??of the Kyrgyz and Uzbeks in Osh city,and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the language use of primary and secondary schools in the Kyrgyz and Uzbeks of Osh city.,Language attitude and the reasons.The survey results show that the use of native language in the use of family language has an absolute advantage,and the usage of Chinese language in the use of Chinese language has shown an upward trend with the change of ancestors-father-peers.School language use depends on the language of the student's class.In terms of social communication language use,the Kyrgyz and Uzbeks have the highest rates of native language in the bazaars,and Russian usage in the bookstore is higher than in other Russian applications.In the language ability,the Kyrgyz students and Uzbek students native language is very high degree of control,and the two ethnic students of the native language listening and speaking ability are higher than the ability to read and write.Kyrgyz students have higher Russian levels than Uzbek students.The level of English in both ethnic groups is generally low.Language attitude,the Osh city primary and secondary school students on the Kyrgyz and Russian language affirmative evaluation of the attitude of the Uzbek language is a negative evaluation of the attitude of girls on the native language recognition is higher than boys,boys than girls think more Russian Own the most important.Kyrgyz students have slightly higher recognition of Russian than Uzbek students.Uzbek language is not recognized by Kyrgyz students and parents,and presents the exclusion of Uzbek language psychology.Kyrgyz is recognized by most Uzbek students and parents.Kyrgyzstan maintained a solid national status,Mandarin teaching has gradually strengthened the trend.As the Uzbek language was weakened,the use of Russian in the official language rose to a certain extent,and the number of Russian students as a whole was on the rise.Uzbek language school is gradually reduced,the state can not guarantee the right of ethnic minority mother tongue learning.Minority languages are not effectively protected.
