This study combines the theory of attribution theory,mental tolerance level and career decision-making and Bandura's self-efficacy theory.Study the relationship between attributional style,psychological resilience and career decision self-efficacy scale.And to explore the mediating role of psychological resilience in attribution style and career decision-making self-efficacy.This study used questionnaire to research.The participants were undergraduates participate in the teaching and training of civil service examination students.The measurements included Multidimensional multidimensional Attribution Scale,Healthy Kids Resilience Assessment,Career Decision Making Self efficacy Scale,The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics,Single factor analysis of variance,Independent sample T test,Regression analysis,The major findings of the study were as follows:1.The overall career decision-making self-efficacy of college students is at the middle level.There was no significant difference between male and female students in career decision-making self-efficacy.College Students' career decision-making self-efficacy is higher than rural students.There is no significant difference between different majors.The career decision-making self-efficacy of the only child is higher.There was no significant difference in career decision-making self-efficacy between college students with work experience and those without work experience.2.Attributional style and psychological resilience significantly positive correlation,The attributional style is directly related to the self-efficacy of career decision.Psychological resilience is directly related to the self-confidence in career decision-making,The attributional style has a predictive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy.3.Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between attributional style and career decision-making self-efficacy.
