In the view of attributional style, career decision-making self-efficacy, The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of attributional style, career decision-making self-efficacy on career maturity. To explore the status and the correlations of the three, The research selects 479 students as the research object, career maturity questionnaire, career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire and the attributional style questionnaire as measurement tools and SPSS18.0 for statistical analysis. The conclusions of this research are shown as below:1.The overall development level of the Undergraduate students’ career maturity is not high, the development between the various dimensions is not even. There is no significant difference in the region, major, only child and non-child, parents educational level, and parental occupation status, but there are significant differences in gender and grade;2.The correlation is significant among Career decision-making self-efficacy, attributional style and undergraduate students’ career maturity, self-evaluation, success luck, failure effort, failure ability, target select, information collection can predict the undergraduate students’ career maturity effectively;3.Career decision-making self-efficacy, attributional style and have a direct impact on undergraduate students’ career maturity. Through the career decision-making self-efficacy, attributional style influences undergraduate students’ career maturity indirectly, career decision-making self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the the undergraduate students’ career maturity and career decision-making self-efficacy;...
