From the beginning of 2008,Guangxi University has sent hundreds masters of Chinese International Education to Thailand internship schools teaching the students Chinese,to ensure the continuity of Chinese teaching practice in these internship schools.But until now,most of the Thai students have stayed at the initial stage,and the practice has been ineffective.Based on this,this paper use the SWOT analysis method to research the Chinese teaching practice,to find its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then establish SWOT matrix to determine the the most appropriate development strategy,finally put forward corresponding strategy.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose,significance,summary,content and methods.The second part is the investigation and analysis.From the practice school Chinese teaching situation,practice teacher personal teaching situation,Thailand student Chinese learning situation these three aspects,to investigate the physical truth of Chinese teaching practice.The third part,using SWOT analysis method,starting with the survey practice,making a comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the internship,to Find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internship.The fourth part,use the idea of system analysis,match and analyze the various factors to establish SWOT matrix,and then find out four development strategies,which is SO,WO,ST and WT,and select the WO development strategy according to the actual situation.Finally,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese master of international education,Guangxi University and Confucius college.The fifth part,conclusion,briefly summarizes the research results,analyzes the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward some suggestions for future research.
