This paper takes the Chinese language teachers of the Chinese demonstration schools in the Greater China region of Myanmar,questionnaire survey and interview on Tachileik 50 Chinese teacher the case for investigation and analysis,to a more comprehensive understanding of Myanmar Dahua Buddhist demonstration Chinese school teachers,to find out the real problems in the construction,and for the existing problems put forward their own humble opinion for reference.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part of this topic's argument basis and significance for the analysis,but also for the study,Laos,Myanmar,and Thailand,three of research and basic ideas were overview.The second part is about Myanmar Tachileik DaHua Buddhist demonstration school teachers basic conditions of investigation and quality of development and related conditions other aspects to carry out the actual survey.The third part on teacher in actual teaching in circumstances investigate and analysis,including the teachers in the classroom teaching the organization and teaching method,teaching content and teaching task completion,teacher of the work and so on,the analysis are to relevant data statistics for basis,and strive objective.Fourth part of the main analysis of the current big its force in Chinese teacher training the situation in the statistics of the basis from training way,content,demand and effects,and many other were comprehensive analysis.Section 5 is himself Tachileik DaHua Buddhist demonstration school future teacher of development,made a few suggestions.Conclusion part in to sort out paper thinking the basis of proposed article's conclusion,and that the study also need to be depth place,in order to promote Myanmar teaching in the development of a certain help and learn.In Myanmar Tachileik DaHua Buddhist demonstration school teacher situation of the survey,I find it in the construction of teaching staff there many problems,including the teacher structure unreasonable,research and ability to insufficient,teacher overall Shirley level is not high,teacher liquidity very large,teaching methods single and other issues for these series of problem,we should common want solutions.Solve teacher problem to promote its Chinese language teaching higher level.
