Myanmar has been the most important trade partner of China since ancient times.In recent years,under the pushing of the "Belt and Road Initiative",Chinese enterprises quicken their investment paces in Myanmar and the cooperative projects between Chinese and Myanmar multinational corporations also enjoy an unprecedented prosperity.Under this background,the market potential of enterprise Chinese language becomes increasingly tremendous.Whereas,the Chinese-teaching circle in Myanmar hasn't realized the huge market demand for the teaching of Chinese for special purpose and enterprise Chinese yet.This research utilizes multiple researching methods including reference carding,questionnaire survey,interview investigation,field inspection,class observation and statistical data analysis,thereby laying a solid foundation and making the research results genuine and believable.The research process in this article is comprised of six procedures,that is,front-end analysis,field inspection,analysis of current situation,data sorting and analysis,problem finding,conclusions and suggestions.Firstly,in the process of front-end analysis,the author collects and reads a lot of literature about Myanmar Chinese-teaching,teaching the Chinese for Special Purpose and pedagogy via the method of reference carding to provide the theoretical basis for his own research.Secondly,in the process of field inspection,the author carries out an intuitive field inspection toward the status quo of Chinese-teaching in a nickel company and conducts a four-month long teaching experiment taking the company's two Chinese-learning classes,a preliminary class and a pre-intermediate class(87 students in total),as the research objects.Besides,the author finishes the jobs of questionnaire survey,interview investigation toward the students,and collects the investigation data and information the paper needs,thereby providing firsthand files for later research.In the stage of analysis about the current situation,the author introduces and analyzes in detail the status quo of learners,instructors,textbooks,pedagogies and management systems of Chinese-teaching in the nickel company based on the field inspection and class observations.In the stage of data sorting and analysis,the author utilizes statistical software SPSS,EXCEL to analyze the firsthand data,thereby providing strong demonstration and persuasion power.In the stage of problem finding,the author conducts the analysis about the totality evaluation and difference evaluation of enterprise Chinese-teaching in four dimensions(teachers,textbooks,pedagogies and management systems)through questionnaire survey and interview investigation.Via the investigation results and analysis,the author further excavates the problems existing in the company's Chinese-teaching:although Myanmar employees have strong desire to learn Chinese,its enterprise Chinese still lags behind common Chinese-teaching and can't meet the market's demand well due to many reasons including teachers'lacking of professional knowledge pertinent to student work,not targeted textbooks,pedagogies not conforming with students' personalities,lack of systematic management systems and so on.According to the investigation data and the problems reflected by the results,the author induces them into five aspects(learner,instructor,textbook,pedagogy,teaching management system)and analyzes their root causes.At last,in the stage of conclusions and suggestions,based on the above-mentioned problems,the author puts forward a series of inductive,targeted and operable suggestions and countermeasures from three perspectives of learners,instructors and management.This research is of great practical significance toward Chinese-teaching in Myanmar enterprises,mainly embodied by the proposed suggestions and countermeasures based on the theory-and-practice combining analysis about the teaching status quo,which is beneficial for promoting the cultivation of Chinese and Myanmar bilingual talents and reducing the occurrence of severe cultural conflicts in multinational enterprises.
