With the development of science and technology and the continuous upgrading of mobile phone products,mobile phones play an increasingly important role in people's daily life.Mobile phones bring great convenience to people's lives,while the excessive use of mobile phones has brought a lot of adverse effects on people's physical,psychological,social functions and so on.With the popularity of mobile phone usage,the mobile phone addiction problem of college students is becoming more and more serious,and seriously affects the physical and mental health.In order to explore the effective method to solve the problem of mobile phone addiction of college students,and to promote the physical and mental health development of college students,Based on the previous research,this study attempts to use integrated sandplay therapy to solve the mobile phone addiction problem of college students,and to explore the effectiveness of integrated sandplay therapy on mobile phone addiction problem of college students.In this study,120 students in a college in Dalian were given a mobile phone addiction index(Chinese version)questionnaire,and the questionnaires were collected with 112 valid questionnaires,with a recovery rate of 93.3%.This study selected high score of 27%as a high score group,and then selected the qualified subjects from the high group as a candidate.From the candidate subjects randomly selected 14 subjects as the research subjects,selected 2 subjects were accepted the individual of integrated sandplay intervention,6 subjects were selected for the group of integrated sandplay intervention,6 subjects were selected as the control group of the group of integrated sandplay therapy,this group didn't accepted any intervention.At the end of the intervention,the effectiveness of the integrated sandplay therapy on the mobile phone addiction of college students was verified by the analysis of the sandplay,the self-evaluation of the subjects,the evaluation of the classmates,and the observation of the main test.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The individual integrated sandplay therapy is effective and applicable to solve the mobile phone addiction problem of college students.(2)The group integrated sandplay therapy is effective and applicable to solve the mobile phone addiction problem of college students.
