A Study On The Rotational Movements Of The Recent Five World Championships

With the development of the standard dance project in the world in a better and stronger direction,if we want to keep up with the pace of development,we must work hard on the training of talents.Rotary movement in the standard dance has been a very important type of action and one of the widely used,standard dance involves double,double key so complete rotation action quality is related to the ability to obtain excellent results.In waltz rotation action is one of the common types of action,smooth,the atmosphere can rotate when the athletes in the competition more exciting results,so most of the players are in their combination in turn similar action.The purpose of this article is to analyze and explore the rotational movement of the standard dance waltz,and to make a modest contribution to the rapid development of the standard dance.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interviews and other research methods of sports science combined with the standard dance project their technical features,expounds the research.The results are as follows:(1)the final outstanding players use type rotation class action mainly by rotation and rotation,rotation and rotation using the ratio of 25%,of which the axis class action is relatively stable,the 2015 rotary movement was significantly decreased,with the lowest proportion of 20%.Relatively little use of rotational and torsional action types,the use of back rotation and torsion ratio of 3%.(2)By using the rotation of class action in the form of outstanding world championship finalists analysis,significant differences in dynamic static form of these two kinds of no use,turn the form relatively balanced in five years,the use of static and dynamic rotation action more evenly in the mix,the proportion is about 53:47,the static and dynamic proportion is 5:5,the overall rotation the action selection tends to the same level,slightly higher than the static dynamic.Through the analysis of the players in the use of rotational motion in the form of more dynamic in 2014,the proportion of 56:47,there is a certain degree of particularity,from 2014 onwards,the dynamic form of a downward trend,static upward trend.(3)Based on the analysis of the running mode of the excellent World Championships,we can find that in the past five years,the players have made use of the right turn series and the left turn series to complete the competition.Use the left turn and right turn series for 39%:61%.From the average and standard deviation can be analyzed,the players use the left turn series action is relatively stable;players use the right turn series action is relatively large.(4)Through the analysis of five years of outstanding world championship finalists to use the site and direction of rotation of the players,the average annual use of about 7 in the series left in the long term,use the right series of about 6,so the players turn around in the long term series of actions tend to consistency.Players in the average annual use of left turn in the series of 1 or so,the use of the right turn of about 6,in the short term to turn left to turn right.
