The primary reading and writing teaching is not simply split into reading and writing,and they should be an organic whole.Class B of Bohai University uses The development of Chinese primary reading and writing II for writing and reading,the content of which is not too much.In this textbook there are only a few words,no language points to list,and no exercise in each lesson.So if the teacher mechanically teach the class in accordance with the teaching materials presented in the content,that will be poor teaching,neither making students to get more input nor have the output stimulation.The purpose of the questionnaire conducted by the Chinese teachers in Bohai University is to examine whether the instructor is fully considering the other teaching materials in the teaching design.But the result showed that the teachers were basically ignoring the materials used in other classes of the same group of students in the course of teaching.In view of this situation,the teacher of class B conducted a teaching design in particular.In the design process,the instructor fully compared and analyzed the every textbook of Development of Chinese for Primary Level II,including speaking,listening,reading and writing in the vocabulary,the language point,the topic and so on,aiming to find out their connection and the combination in the teaching content.And the teaching design of lesson 14 Action Better than Thinking was based on the specific analysis of all textbooks used in other classes.Because of the combination of the materials used in the same class,this teaching design shows us a picture of rich teaching content and various teaching methods,and language points and other content achieves the reproduction,expansion and deepening.As primary instructors,they need to combine the materials used for the same class,to carefully study the content.At the same time,they also need to communicate more with the other teachers.The most important is that the teacher has to improve the students’ writing consciousness and strengthen their writing ability training.In addition,the teacher has to know how to make use of the teaching materials flexibly,how to make teaching content meet the level of students,and suitable for the real life.This idea can also be applied to the enrichment of other teaching and then can achieve its teaching effectiveness.
