The Study On The Cultural Restructuring Path And Practice Of Beijing Municipal State-owned Art Troupes

This thesis takes the path and practice of the institutional reform of Beijing municipal state-owned art troupes as the research object,adopts the research method and the literature research method,studies the classification of the macroeconomic policy of state-owned art troupes in different periods and the classification reform of the current Beijing municipal state-owned art troupes;and then analyzes the practice and exploration of Beijing Performance&Arts Group,which is included in all the restructuring of the state-owned cultural relics in Beijing under the current macro-path policy.In practice,Beijing Performance&Arts Group has made remarkable achievements in the practice exploration by inheriting and carrying forward the traditional art,stimulating the vitality of the state-owned art troupes and establishing close ties with the performing arts market as the goal and building the modern enterprise system as the main practice path.The practical research of Beijing Performance&Arts Group can be for the government,for other similar enterprises,and the state-owned art troupes to provide thinking and reference.In this thesis the main body is divided into three chapters.The first chapter begins with the reason and purpose of the reform of State-owned art troupes,explains the necessity of the reform,and then uses the institution change theory to analyze the path and key nodes of the reform of State-owned art troupes since the reform and opening up,and also analyzes the current situation of classification reform in Beijing.The second chapter mainly combines the characteristics and main contents of the modern enterprise system,taking Beijing Performance&Arts Group as the practice object of the cultural restructuring and analyzes its reform practice,significance and effect in the current macroeconomic policy background.In the last chapter,this thesis also explored the possibility of optimizing and innovating the reform and development of State-owned art troupes from the macro and micro levels.
