Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The State-owned Literary And Art Troupe In Jilin Province After Being Transformed Into An Enterprise

The state-owned literary and artistic troupes of Jilin Province are the backbone of the literary and artistic work in Jilin Province,shouldering the important mission of spreading the socialist core values.Each troupe effectively spreads,protects and inherits the national policies,folk arts and traditional culture with vivid performances,and has made great contributions to promoting the development and prosperity of cultural undertakings in Jilin Province.The state-owned literary and artistic troupes of Jilin Province were established in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,which really enriched the people’s spiritual and cultural life under the background at that time.However,with the development of the market economy,the disadvantages of the low efficiency of the state-owned literary and artistic troupes have become increasingly prominent,and the heavy financial burden has forced the state-owned literary and artistic troupes to transform into enterprises.That is,most of the troupes have turned into state-owned enterprises,while a few retain the attribute of public institutions.Jilin Province actively responds to the call of national reform.Jilin Quyi Troupe,Jilin Song and Dance Troupe and other troupes representing the highest performing level of Jilin Province are also on the list of troupes to be transformed into enterprises.With the active promotion of the government,the reform was successfully completed.However,whether the state-owned art troupes can adapt to the market economy after the enterprise transformation,what problems have they encountered in the process of development,and how to help the troupes get rid of difficulties and better play the role of local public cultural services are worth thinking about.This paper takes the state-owned art troupes of Jilin Province after the transformation of enterprises and systems as the research object,combines the current development status of the state-owned art troupes of Jilin Province,and based on the quasi public goods theory,the growth malady theory,and the theory of institutional change,through the analysis of documents,policies,and field visits,conducts in-depth analysis and research on the development dilemma of the state-owned art troupes of Jilin Province after the transformation of enterprises and systems,It is concluded that the state-owned art troupes in Jilin Province mainly have problems such as weak infrastructure,sluggish performance market,difficulties in attracting talents,and incomplete establishment of market-oriented operation mechanism.In view of the existing problems,this paper attempts to put forward some suggestions with strong operability,namely,optimize the infrastructure of state-owned art troupes,improve the audience’s viewing experience with scientific and technological means,and ensure the performance rehearsal venues and facilities for artists;Vigorously cultivate the art performance market,make excellent works that fit the life of the masses and meet the spiritual needs of the people,improve the economic benefits of the troupe with excellent works,and strengthen publicity and promotion efforts to create an external environment suitable for the development of the troupe;We will further refine the talent security policy,improve the income distribution incentive mechanism,implement talent treatment,establish a sustainable talent cultivation system,actively improve the situation where it is difficult to introduce and retain talents,and continue to promote the reform of the state-owned art and literature troupes.The troupes should further establish a sound modern enterprise management model,strengthen industrial integration,expand income sources,and reduce dependence on finance.The government should find the right position to support the troupes,Encourage social forces to support the development of the Academy.This paper studies and analyzes the development dilemma of the state-owned literary and artistic troupes in Jilin Province after their transformation into enterprises and systems,and proposes solutions.It is expected that the academic community will continue to pay attention to the development of the state-owned literary and artistic troupes after their transformation into enterprises and systems,help them to explore a path suitable for their development,successfully pass through the painful period of reform,operate and manage the state-owned literary and artistic troupes in a market-oriented manner,and provide more and better literary and artistic works for the people.
