Analysis Of The Single-syllabled Noun Synonym Of Shangshu

The ancient Chinese synonyms research is an important part of Chinese vocabulary history studies.The main content of Shangshu is the potilical history of ancient times.Words in the book have been developed to a certain stage,playing an irreplaceable role to react the language style at that time.Taking single-syllabled noun synonym of Shangshu as the research object,with the principle of "one same sememe",we got 84 groups of noun synonym.Combined with many previous scholars annotation and study,make explanations and discrimination of noun synonyms of Shangshu,to present the condition of single-syllabled noun synonym of Shangshu.This article is divided into four parts,the first chapter is Prolegomena,introducing the reason I chose the prompt.Combing the present situation of ancient Chinese synonyms research and Shangshu research,introducing the research methods and theories about synonym,provide theoretical basis for the research.The second chapter is the longest part of the article.Based on Shangshu Jiaoshi Yilun of Gu Jiegang and Liu Qiyu,combined with other annotations,interpretate the text and analyze the 84 groups of synonyms.Determine the meaning of the single-syllabled word and make sure the synonymous relation.The third chapter is the discrimination of synonyms.Take analyse of each group of synonyms to understand distinguishing features with the exegetical materials.The differences are divided into three aspects of semantics,grammar,pragmatics,and select representative synonyms to explain.The fourth chapter discusses the form of expression of the synonyms.There are three ways in the article,replacement parallel structures and juxtaposition.
