The explosive effort of lower limbs,as one of the most essential qualities for each eligible Latin dance learners,is the key factor for Latin dance learners to show beautiful dance and achieve excellent competition results,and is also an important physical quality.Given the characteristics of physical and mental development of children aged7-8,it is necessary to introduce the elastic belt training method in regular class or Latin dance training,which can definitely train the explosive effort of lower limbs of children aged 7-8.Elastic belt is widely used in various sports because of its resistance and elasticity.It is highly target-oriented and operable in training the explosive effort of lower limbs in Latin dancing.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the influence of elastic belt training on lower limb explosive force of Latin dance learners as the research objective,and takes 40 Latin dance learners aged 7-8 years in Dezhou Yihua Sports Dance Center as the experimental subjects,and divides 40 Latin dance learners into experimental group and contrast group.The training experiment lasted for four months from March to June 2022.Result:1.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the experimental group in the speed of knee pushing back,the range of knee movement,the speed of hip joint movement,the range of reflexive movement,the arm movement and the index of back squeezing(P < 0.01).2.There were significant differences between the experimental groups before and after the experiment in the indexes of center of gravity forward,body antagonism,body middle tightening and dynamic leg shape(P < 0.01).3.There were significant differences between the experimental groups before and after the experiment in the indexes of vertical jumping and touching height,continuous jumping over hurdles with both feet,standing long jump and 30-meter turn-back running(P < 0.01).4.There was a significant difference between the experimental groups before and after the experiment in the back line index(P < 0.05).The research draws the following conclusions:1.Using elastic belt to train the lower limbs of Latin dance learners aged 7-8 can enhance the explosive force of lower limbs of Latin dance learners.2.Using elastic belt to train the lower limbs of 7-8-year-old Latin dance learners can enhance the speed of knee pushing back,knee movement range and hip movement speed of Latin dance learners.The main performance is that when doing movements,the knees bend forward more,push straight backward faster,and can do fast movements in a short time.3.Using elastic belt to train the lower limbs of Latin dance learners aged 7-8years has a positive impact on the tightening of the middle part of the body,arm movements,physical confrontation and reflexive movements of Latin dance learners.The main performance is that the reflexive twisting range of lower limbs and upper body is larger,the antagonism is stronger,and the action is cleaner and faster.4.Using elastic belt to train the lower limbs of Latin dance learners aged 7-8 can greatly improve their lower limb strength quality.It is mainly manifested in the vertical jump and standing long jump,which can reach higher height and longer distance.It is also manifested in the process of 30-meter turn-back run and continuous jumping of hurdles with both feet,which is faster and takes shorter time,which obviously reflects the improvement of explosive force of lower limbs.
