With the entire people's soaring enthusiasm to the workout, it not only promotes the flourishing development on fitness field, but popularizes some professional knowledge of most fitness specialists and amateurs. In the present, the source to gain some fitness knowledge for most fitness specialists and amateurs is fitness network abroad and foreign fitness trainers, but for those who do not major in English, it may cause the misunderstanding and inaccurate mastering of these fitness material. So, in order to hence the further understanding of the fitness knowledge for fitness specialists and amateurs, this paper is an interpreted practice which is based on the material of hit Les Mill class. It gives the performance of simultaneous interpreting of English to Chinese in practice as an example to reflect the whole process by listing,analyzing the problems. in the end, gives experiences and comes the the conclusion.The paper is composed of three parts, introduction, main body and conclusion.The first part is introduction, including the Les Mill class and the value of realistic meaning of the Les Mill.The second part is main body, which consists of three chapters.The first chapter gives a brief introduction of the Les Mill, the chosen classes of Les Mill, body combat and body pump and preparation before practice process, and specific approach and technique as well.The second chapter is about case analysis that is to describe the practice process.The English to Chinese interpreting practice is divided into two constrasive experiments, with preparation and without preparation.The third chapter summarizes the problems and puts forward the solutions given by the practice process.The conclusion summarizes the whole content, the experience and improvement from the interpreting practice, which can offer valuable experience for the interpreting work in the future.
