Study On The Mechanism Of Action Of Rural Religious Organizations In Social Stability

All the time,rural religious organizations have a great influence in social stability,especially in China where rural population occupies the majority.In the rural community,religious organizations maintain social stability by its authority,charity,collective power,religious observances and group activity.However,when rural religious organizations give play to positive action mechanism,because of insufficient professional talents,imperfect management system,imperfect legal system andso on,the religious organizations have a lot of conflicts and contradictions in the collision with the grass roots political power,the democratic construction of the basic level and the civil consciousness,which not only increases the difficulty of social management,but also threatens the stability of rural society,and even affects the whole country's harmony and development.After reformand open,the development of the market economy has broken the original social relations based on blood and geography.Differentiation and fission of the interests make other social organizations in rural areas develop differentiation and becomecrumble in the wave of social transformation,but religious organizationsperform great power and become an indispensable force in rural society.As a special social self-governance organization,it offers a set of mechanism on adjustment,control and integration of rural social with grass-roots political power by mutual cooperation.This paper takes Henan village as the example,it mainly studies what role the rural religious organizations will play in the social stability,how to play the role and how to further improve the rural religious organization mechanism in the social stabilitythrough the analysis of social solidarity theory and sociology of religion theory.At last,this paper will put forward some advice.Based on case analysis,this paper provides interaction style between rural religious organizations and society.The part value will help interaction research improve.At the same time,it will be good for resolving religious problems and perfecting national policy.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the explanation of key concepts and theoretical basis;the second part is the general situation of rural religious organizations and research sample;the third part is to analyze the mechanism of action of rural religious organizations strengthening social stability by specific cases;the fourth part is to study the mechanism of action of rural religious organizations weakening social stability;the fifth part is to provide measures of perfection of mechanism of action of rural religious organizations in the social stability by rebuilding value recognition mechanism,promoting religious charity development,broadening the interests transmission channels,cultivating professional talents and by explicating legal status of the rural religious organizations,of which the third and the fourth and the fifth parts are the core and key in this study.At present,although many scholars have made a lot of researches on religious organizations and social stability in rural areas,but only a few people discuss the influence of rural religious organizations from the organization perspective,even rarely involves the study of the mechanisms.This paper attempts to explain the mechanism of rural religious groups in the social stability through the sample village case analysis,which provides the basis for the improvement of religious policy of our party and nation,and lays the theoretical foundation for promoting construction of harmonious society and offers suggestions for standardizing the rural religious organizations in the rural area.
