| Crick and Dodge (1986) put forward social information processing model of individual’s social adjustment, this model has been widely applied to all kinds of social groups and social behavior in the field of study, plenty of research results have been achieved. This study tries to further expand the application field of social information processing model, explore social information processing characteristics of college students with social delay. By using probe detection task to inspect different social development level on attention bias of expression images,using facial recognition task to investigate expression images recognization ability of different social development level,and on this basis to use group guidance to improve the expression images recognization ability of college students with social delay.The study uses The Scale of College Students’Social Development to choose subjects,72 college students are screened into social delay and non-social delay group,36 subjects in each group.Experimental materials are selected from Chinese Facial Affetive Picture System,all subjects are measured by probe detection task and facial expression recognition task,and college students with social delay who volunteer to take part in group guidance to accept intervention,finally, the following results are obtained:(1) Social development level have a significant impact on the attention bias of facial expression.In the probe detection task, college students with social delay response to negative facial expression images significantly shorter than positive emotions, showing obvious negative stimulus attention bias, but the difference of positive and negative facial expressions of reaction time in college students with normal social development is not significant. College students with social delay group and college students with normal social development group have different attentional bias in facial expression.(2) Social development level have a significant impact on negative and positive facial expression recognition.The accuracy of negative and positive facial expression recognition of college students with normal social development group is significantly higher than that of college students with social delay group,The accuracy of happy, surprise, sadness, anger, fear facial expression recognition of college students with social delay is significantly lower than that of college students with normal social development. Social delay weaken college students’ facial expression recognition ability,college students with normal social development have better facial expression recognition ability than college students with social delay.(3) After group counseling,the accuracy of happy, surprise, sadness, anger, fear facial expression recognition of college students with social delay increases significantly,the accuracy of negative and positive facial expression recognition increases significantly,which shows interventions are helpful to college students with social delay identify others’facial expressions more accurately,and improve facial expression recognition skills.According to the group members’feedback, interventions are also helpful to college students with social delay contact with other actively,and improve personal relation.Group counseling is an effective way for college students with social delay to improve facial expression recognition skills. |
