Objects:Facial expression, as an important non-verbal way of communication, is one of the important ways to convey the emotional information. In order to investigate one person's recognization ability on the facial expression of the alexithymia and the feature of the attention bias, the thesis is mainly to explore the relationship of alexithymia and emotional information processing on facial recognition task and the probe detection task. Methods: The thesis uses Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), from which 543 college students are screened into alexithymia and non-alexithymia groups, 15 persons in each group, 30 in total. The experimental materials are from the self-image facial expression. All the students are required to accept the test of facial images recoginition and the probe detection task.Results:(1) During the test of the probe detection task, the time of response on the postitive facial expression images of the alexithymia is significantly less than negative facial images. (F= 24.95,p<0.05 The group of the alexithymia testers don't have an significant reaction on the positive and negative facial images (F=1.84,P>0.05).The non-alexithymia group has an significant attention bias on the positive and negative facial expression images. (t=-2.08,p<0.05;t=2.05 p<0.05)while the alexithymia group has neither on negative nor on positive facial expression images. (t=1.72,p>0.05;t=1.63; p>0.05)(2)During the recognition test of facial expression images, the accuracy of recognizing the positive and negative facial expression images by the tester of alexithymia is significantly lower than those of non-alixithymia(t=-2.38,P<0.05;t=-6.74,P<0.01);The alexithymia testers'postivie recognition on the facial image is significantly higher than those of the positive images. (t=2.42,P<0.05)Conclusions:(1) Alexithymia affects individual's attention on emotion information, alexithymia has no attention bias on facial emotion expression. And on the other hand, non-alexithymia has an alert point attention on positive emotion information while has an avoidance attention on negative emotion information. (2)Alexithymia weakens individual's ability to identify the facial expression recognition, especially the negative facial expression recognition(.3)Alexithymia exists the defect of affective information in subliminal automatic。...
