Northeast Yucai school international division open Chinese language classroom,students from children of foreign workers in ShenYang,The students are the Chinese language young learners and age concentrated in 6-13 years old.Because of their age and there are many differences compared with adults in the learning purpose,class attention,class performance etc,If using teaching methods in view of the adult language learners to teach children,Chinese teaching will not continue.There are students from a variety of cultural background in a class in the international school class type setup,it’s called mixed class.mixed class teaching object is very complex,they have different education background and complex family members,because they come from different cultural environment,They have a lot of differences in cultural concept,way of thinking,learning method,classroom behavior,communication,etc.,it increases the difficulty of teaching for Chinese teacher.Based on the above situation,Survey information about the students’ age,nationality,family structure in the international division,Observe the behavior of college students,the conflict between teachers and students,teaching effect,and collecting a large number of case teaching and management,Analysis of the teaching and management problems caused by cultural differences from the perspective of cross-cultural,and put forward the corresponding strategy,improving the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching.This paper will be divided into five parts:The first chapter,this paper selected topic background,research significance,research methods,and summary and analysis on the research achievements of predecessors;The second chapter,a survey of students’ information about age,family,the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between students and theappropriate teaching activities in the Northeast yucai school international division,Discussed the differences in child and adult Chinese learners of Chinese learners,and influenced of family structure on child learners,and defined child mixed class;The third chapter,analyzed the cross-cultural factors in the teaching on Chinese class,especially the cultural tendency of individualism and collectivism cultural taste;Collected a large number of conflicts cases about teaching and communication conflict from child mixed classes,Thinking that conflict phenomenon associated with the cultural differences of individualism and collectivism in a mixed classThe fourth chapter,the characteristics of child class,on this basis,putting forward some effective teaching Strategies for the Chinese language classroom,The fifth chapter,put forward strategies for Chinese language teachers based on Analyzing the phenomenon of conflict in classroom teaching,first of all,understand the student’s education background,second,analyze the cultural reasons about the student behavior,third,change the traditional teaching mode,finally develop the students’ international feelings.These can solve conflicts classroom;The conclusion part is summary about the main points and conclusions.
