BackgroundIn recent years,the medical disturbance is appeared frequently.On a national scale,medical disturbance happens every day.The medical and health order is facing a severe test and the body and mind safety of health care provides is facing a great threat.Once medical disturbance happened,health care provides tend to be a lightning rod for criticism of patients’ families and the social public opinion of their personal rights may suffer enormous losses.And thus,the work pressure of health care provides is great,the physical and mental of health care provides are highly nervous,and the mental health of health care provides is worrying.Hospital and the competent department is frontline staffs’ last organizations rely,their support becomes the main safeguard of medical staff.Based on the above background,this study conducted the related research of health care provides’ work attitude,through an empirical research about the perceived organizational support,employee engagement and job satisfaction,studied and the influence factors and the influence mechanism among them,and puts forward the improving countermeasures to improve medical staff engagement and job satisfaction.Objective1.To understand the current situation and feature about perceived organizational support,psychological security,employee engagement and job satisfaction of health care provides.2.To provide direction to improve the medical staff engagement and job satisfaction based on the past empirical research to discuss the relationship among perceived organizational support,psychological security,employee engagement and job satisfaction.MethodThis study adopts questionnaire survey method,the medical staff to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object,support,engagement and job satisfaction questionnaire through the organization,explore effect of perceived organizational support mechanism of staff engagement and job satisfaction.The first step of this study is to verify the analysis of the questionnaire,and then conduct formal survey.Using statistical analysis method,using correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,T test,analysis of variance and other statistical methods to analyze the data of the questionnaire data,to verify the theoretical hypothesis.Results1.Health care provides’ perceived organizational support and engagement has an significant positive correlation(r=0.640,P <0.001).2.Health care provides’ perceived organizational support and psychological security has an significant positive correlation(r=0.692,P <0.001).3.Add the psychological security variable in the regression equation,the influence of perceived organizational support on engagement coefficient significantly lower(r=0.229,R2=0.488,P <0.001),psychological security plays an partly intermediary role between perceived organizational support and engagement.4.Health care provides’ perceived organizational support and job satisfaction has an significant positive correlation(r=0.687,P <0.001).5.Add the psychological security variable in the regression equation,the influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction coefficient significantly lower(r=0.262,R2=0.166,P <0.05),psychological security plays an partly intermediary role between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.6.In different demography,health care providers’ perceived organizational support has no significant difference.Conclusions1.The perception of organizational support has a significant positive role in promoting engagement,it namely that the more strengthen of perceived organizational support,the more strengthen of engagement,and psychological security plays an partly intermediary role between them,namely that the organizational support can significantly increase the psychological security of medical staff,thus affect the engagement of the health care provides;2.The perception of organizational support has a significant positive role in promoting job satisfaction,it namely the more strengthen of perceived organizational support,the more strengthen of job satisfaction of health care provides,and psychological security plays an intermediary role between them,namely that the organizational support can significantly increase the psychological security of medical staff,thus affect the job satisfaction of the health care provides.
