At the beginning of the research of the organizational behavior, marked with Hawthoren experiment, researchers have found that positive intensify and positive emotion play an active role in employee's attitude, while traditional organizational behavior focuses on negative aspects of the organization and their employees. In the past 20 to 30 years, job burnout has become hotspot of western organizational behavior and the field of human resource management. In this context, as a positive state of individual, the opposite of job burnout—job engagement walks into vision, becoming hotspot of western organizational behavior and the field of human resource management.This study researches into the impact of job-demand(work family enrichment; job insecurity),resource(organizationtion-based self-esteem; perceived organizational support) on the job engagement. In order to set up corresponding strategies and measures for improving employee's health and work performance in the management practices, some situational factors and their mechanism of job engagement should be studied from a positive view.This study used survey methods to investigate five corporations, a total of 800 questionnaires were delivered. Several statistics methods, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis are used to discuss the relationship between dependent variables and job engagement. The results indicate that:(1)Work family enrichment is a major factor affecting employee's job engagement, besides psychological capital has distinct effect on three factors of employees job engagement. Emotional promotion has notable effect on contributions of job engagement.(2)Job insecurity is a major factor affecting employee's job engagement, also has marked effect on three factors of employee's job engagement.(3) Perceived organizational support is a major factor affecting employee's job engagement, also has significant effect on three factors of employee's job engagement.(4) Organization-based self-esteem is a major factor affecting employee' s job engagement, also has significant effect on three factors of employee's job engagement.
