Within the scope of the mainland China,most studies only discuss the perceived organizational support for direct impact on job satisfaction,but this study suggests that perceived organizational support can influence job satisfaction by strengthening psychological empowerment.So the purpose of this study is to studying the relationship between perceived organizational support,psychological empowerment and job satisfaction.This research adopts investigation method.Corporate employees in mainland China as a whole.In the pre-research phase,250 employees were extracted from 6 enterprises as the subjects from Beijing,Xi 'an,guangxi and other places,inspect the reliability and validity of organizations support scale,psychological empowerment scale and job satisfaction scale.In the formal research,407 employees of the seven companies were extracted from Beijing,Hebei,Xi 'an,Guangxi and other places.Test the reliability and validity of the three scales again,and using correlation analysis,regression analysis,t test,analysis of variance and structural equation model method of statistical analysis,SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software to studying the relationship between perceived organizational support,psychological empowerment and job satisfaction.The main results are as follows:1.The reliability and validity of the perceived organizational support scale,psychological empowerment scale and job satisfaction scale are all reached the psychological measurement standards;2.The working years,educational background and position level of perceived organizational support are significant difference,and there is no significant difference in perceived organizational support;3.There is a significant difference in the job level of psychology empowerment and there is no significant difference in the working years,educational background and enterprise nature of psychology empowerment;4.The enterprise nature and job level of job satisfaction are significantly different,and the working life,education background and job satisfaction are not significant difference;5.Perceived organiazational support and dimensions have statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction;psychology empowerment and the meaning,self-efficacy,impact dimension of psychology have statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction;perceived organizational support and the dimensions have statistically significant positive effect on psychology empowerment;6.The meaning and self-efficacy dimension of psychology empowerment completely mediate the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction statistically significantly.
