| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect and relationship of psychological characteristics of patients with single all-ceramic crown restoration on the satisfaction of patients after repair,in order to guide the repair of single all-ceramic crown in the anterior tooth area in the clinic.and to improve the efficacy of single all-ceramic crown restoration and instruct the clinical workers to adopt proper doctor-patient communication methods to establish a good doctor-patient trust.Methods81 patients from the Department of Prosthodontics of Ningxia Affiliated Stomatology Hospital were selected as the subjects in the study.The influencing factors of satisfaction after restoration of single all-ceramic crowns were analyzed through the use of questionnaire on persaonal data of patients with single all-ceramic crown restoration,Eysenck personality questionnaire---Chinese vrsion(EPQ-RSC),single all-ceramic crown restoration expectations questionnaire satisfaction questionnaire and quality assessment form after denture repair and the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software.Results1.The overall satisfaction of single all-ceramic crown restoration was 88.1%,and the satisfaction of patients with color,comfort and chewing ability was lower than that of apprence level and stability.2.The average degree of satisfaction of men was hirger than that of women,the satisfaction of those with higher academic qualifications was high than that of those with lower academic qualifications,and the satisfaction of those with high monthly income level was higher than that of those with lower income level,the satisfaction of older patients was higher than those with lower age,and married patients reported higher levels of satisfaction than those who were unmarried.3.The quality level of the single all-ceramic crown restoration was positively correlated with the patient’s satisfaction level after the repair.4.There was no significant correlation between the expected level of patients before restoration and the satisfaction level of patients after repair.5.In the EPQ-RSC scale,there was a positive correlation between the standard score of E scale(internal and wxternal scale),and patientst satisfaction after repair,while the standard score of N scale(emotional stability scale)was negetively correlated with satisfaction.ConclusionsAfter surgery,the degree of satisfaction with stability was highest,followed by the satisfaction of appearance and the lowest satisfaction of color.The social demographic characteristics of patients were related to postoperative satisfaction,and the age,education level and monthly income level were positively correlated with postoperative satisfaction.Patients with stable mood and optimistic and cheerful disposition were more satisfied after the operation.The quality of the restoration was positively correlated with patient satisfaction. |
