Objective:By analyzing the characteristics of LH/FSH in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and its correlation with other clinical indicators,we discussed the significance of LH/FSH in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods:It was collected about the 198 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)from December 2015 to December 2017 of the general clinical indexes. The endocrine characteristics of patients with PCOS,such as LH / FSH,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, and the relationship between abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and BMI matching were analyzed. The correlation between LH/FSH and other clinical indexes was analyzed. Results: 1.It is characteristic about abnormality of LH/FSH in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.2.The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism is closely related to body weight. With the increase of body weight, the incidence of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism is increasing.3.There was a negative correlation between LH/FSH and BMI in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),that is,the LH/FSH decreased with the increase of BMI,but had no significant correlation with the glucose and lipid metabolism index.4.There was a positive correlation between LH/FSH and T,that is,LH/FSH increased with the increase of T.Conclusion: 1.It is an important endocrine change about the abnormality of LH /FSH is in PCOS.It has important significance for the diagnosis of PCOS.The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism is closely related to body weight. With the increase of body weight, the incidence of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism is increasing.3.LH/FSH is negatively correlated with BMI,positively correlated with T,and has no significant correlation with disease time, glucose and lipid metabolism and so on.
