Therapeutic Effect Of Probiotics Combined With Lactulose On Young Patients With Chronic Functional Constipation In Qinghai Region

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with lactulose treatment of young patients with chronic functional constipation in Qinghai areas.In order to compare the improvement of constipation symptoms after treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the withdrawal rate after 2 months of relapse.Methods: For 94 cases of young patients diagnosed as having chronic functional constipation.The above patients were randomly divided into three groups,namely the combination group(32 cases),probiotics group(30 cases),lactulose group(32 cases).The probiotic group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets;the lactulose group was treated with lactulose oral solution;the combination group was treated with the combination of the above two drugs.Collect the general information of patients and constipation-related clinical data to observe the clinical efficacy of the drug in patients.Results: 1 After 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the lactulose group and the probiotic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dry hard stool in the combined group was lower than that in the lactulose group and the probiotic group.Statistical significance(P<0.05);the average number of defecation per week in the combined group was higher than that in the lactulose group and the probiotic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 During the course of treatment,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).3 After treatment,the overall satisfaction of the combined group was higher than that of the probiotic group and lactulose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 After 2 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the probiotic group and the lactulose group,and the difference in recurrence rate between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Bifidobacterium quadruple live tablets combined with lactulose in the treatment of young patients with chronic functional constipation in Qinghai areas overall efficacy is better than one of the drugs alone.2 Combination therapy does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.And It is a safe and feasible treatment.3 The short-term recurrence rate of combination therapy was significantly lower than that of the single-agent group,and the maintenance effect was good.
