Clinical Research And Experimental Investigation Of The High Enema Of Tongfu Renchang Decoction Combine With Probiotics On Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective: To observe the curative effect of the high enema of Tongfu Renchang Decoction combine with probiotics on the patients with chronic functional constipation and the influence on SD rats with constipation.Method: In clinical research, 80 patients with chronic functional constipation patients were randomly divided into experimental group, control group1, control group2, control group3. 200 ml of Tongfu Renchang decoction be inject to transverse colon of the patients who in experimental group by colon way therapeutic machine, once a day, take Golden Bifid orally three times a day, 4 tablets for each dose, at the same time. The patient who in Control group 1 adopt colon hydropathy once two days, take Golden Bifid orally three times a day, 4 tablets for each dose at the same time. The patients who in control group2 employ the same therapeutic method with the experimental group, but do not use other drugs. The patients who in Control group3 take Polyethylene glycol 4000 orally, twice a day. A period of treatment comprised by two weeks of treatment, and then stopped a week, and then two weeks of treatment in-sequence. Observe the change of Integral of Clinical Symptom of four groups after treatment compare with prior treatment, and the Integral of Clinical Symptom two months after drug withdrawal, and the Integral of Clinical Symptom six months after drug withdrawal. In animal experiments, 60 SD rats were randomly divided into group A(blank control group), group B(Constipation model group), group C(gavage group by Golden Bifid), group D(high enema of Tongfu Renchang Decoction group), group E(high enema of Tongfu Renchang Decoction combine with gavage by Golden Bifid), group F(gavage group by Polyethylene glycol 4000).Using ice water gavage and irregular diet to create spleen deficiency cold-coagulation constipation model. After the success of the copy of constipation model, the rats were give corresponding treatment according to the sectionalization. Observe the time of discharge first black stool, collect 3-6 fresh shits, calculate the change of water content of shits, and the number of shits of each rats.Result: In the clinical study, the total effective rate is 89.47% in the experimental group, which is 61.11%, 90.00% and 89.47% in control group1, group2 and group3 respectively. The total integral constipation symptoms of constipation have no obvious difference at prior treatment in each group. The symptoms score was significantly reduced when the treatment was finished compare with prior treatment. Compare the group1 with experimental group,group2 and group3 respectively the total integral constipation symptoms of constipation has significant difference(p=0.001 p=0.000 p=0.006<0.05). Compare the group1 with experimental group, group2 and group3 respectively the total integral constipation symptoms of constipation has significant difference when the treatment was finished two months(p=0.002 p=0.000 p=0.006<0.05). Compare the experimental group with group1, and group3 respectively the total integral constipation symptoms of constipation have significant difference when the treatment was finished six months.(p=0.000 p=0.048<0.05). Compare the group2 with group1, and group3 respectively the total integral constipation symptoms of constipation have significant difference when the treatment was finished six months.(p=0.000 p=0.012<0.05). The recurrence rate is 11.76%、36.36%、11.11%、35.29% in control group1, group2 and group3 respectively. In animal experiment, the water content of shits have significant difference compare with the prior treatment in group D, group E and group F(p<0.05). The time of discharge first black stool and the number of shits in 24 h have significant difference compare the group E with group C(p<0.05), but those have no significant difference compare with group D and group F(p>0.05).Conclusion: The high enema of Tongfu Renchang Decoction combine with probiotics has the similar curative effect compare with adopting high enema of Tongfu Renchang Decoction purely, can cure Chronic functional constipation. And the curative effect is superior to colon hydropathy combine with probiotics and taking probiotics orally purely. The immediate curative effect is similar with Polyethylene glycol, but the long-term curative effect is superior to Polyethylene glycol, and that, the recurrence rate is low compare with Polyethylene glycol.
