Research On Mobile Health Service Model Of Scar Patients

Scar repair is one of the most popular research topics in clinical medicine.After the skin has undergone different forms of trauma,the repair eventually appears as scar healing.The scar affects the appearance and even appears to have functional dysfunction.The scar brings different degrees of damage to human physiology,activity,and psychology.Trauma is inevitable,but scars can be prevented.Scar treatment is a continuous process.Scar patients are treated from prevention,treatment,treatment,follow-up follow-up,and improvement of compliance with medical treatment.The continuous medical treatment process is classified as scar patient management.At present,clinical departments use traditional management methods and management methods to manage scar patients.There are scar patients who lack medical resources,do not know experts in the field,lack of communication channels,and poor compliance with medical treatment;Medical and nursing staff are short of manpower,there is no time to explain and communicate,and there is no time to systematically track patients.Follow-up is a formality,and the information conveyed by lower level doctors when implementing the reporting system is inaccurate.There is no effective and systematic method for the management of scar patients in the current medical environment.The rise and development of mobile health provide new ideas for the management of scar patients.This model is characterized by convenience,efficiency,and low cost nature,and it is an embodiment of an information-based society.The era of big data not only brings benefits to the treatment of scar patients.More extensive medical workers to conduct clinical scientific research to provide reliable scientific research data.Today,the study of the mobile health service model for the management of scar patients is still at the beginning of zero.At present,there are many new methods,new materials,new drugs,new technologies,and new scientific and technological achievements for the prevention and treatment of scar injuries.However,the majority of clinicians and patients lack effective channels to obtain corresponding knowledge.As a result,the knowledge of scar prevention andtreatment is not effectively promoted,and the treatment of patients is not continuous and systematic,which eventually leads to scar production.The broad coverage,ready access,information sharing,and remote monitoring of mobile health services in the medical and health field bring hope to the management of scar patients.Through the management of mobile health services to make up for the shortcomings in its practical application,the management plan will be implemented to the ground.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a scientific and standard mobile health service scheme for the management of scar patients to improve the satisfaction of society,medical personnel and patients.It is of great significance to guide the design of mobile health services by studying the management platform of scar patients.Through the previous literature review and case analysis,we understand the current development status of mobile health service models at home and abroad,summarize the development characteristics and typical models,analyze the application forms and service flow of mobile health service models.Through the method of interview and expert consultation,and summarize the effective measures to promote the development of mobile health model.This paper presents the design method centered on scar patients,including the flow design of mobile health service model and the management research method applicable to the treatment of scar patients.Using multidisciplinary(humanistic medicine,nursing,Informatics,medical psychology,medical aesthetics)literature cross-research methods,This paper expounds the necessity of scar treatment from the perspective of Maslow demand theory,medical aesthetics,medical psychology,scar prevention therapy,and Informatics,and then puts forward the design strategy of the mobile health model of scar patients.The constructed model is intended to be operated in the form of an APP.The architecture is designed to define the main body of "taking care of the patient" and manage it in modules to ensure that doctors,nurses,and patients remain in dynamic contact.And it can ensure the continuity of medical data and the accuracy of scar treatment measures.The construction of the main line is divided into three time periods: trauma diagnosis,hospitalization,and rehabilitation.The service model of mobile technology is adopted.Divided into information(hospital internal network),bed side interaction(hospital internal network and internal terminal)and discharge follow-up(mobile user).Each stage consists of several service links,each of whichhas corresponding mobile health service content and service requirements.This thesis aims to construct the theoretical content of the research on the management of mobile health services in scar patients,and provide some theoretical basis for the future development of information management products for scar patients,medical consultation and information construction of scar center.At the same time,the development and utilization of data are carried out,and the clinical research on scar repair is carried out using the integrated data.
