| [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of rural basic public health service workers on the willingness to continue using mobile medical APP,and to construct this research model based on information system success model theory,expectation confirmation theory and expectation service theory.While rural basic public health service workers play an important role in China’s villages and towns,through the continuous use of mobile medical APP can assist their work and improve their ability to improve the working efficiency of rural basic public health service workers.Through the study of the willingness to continue to use mobile medical APP,the role of mobile medical APP can be guaranteed to continue to play and countermeasures and suggestions can be provided for the subsequent development of mobile medical industry.[Results](1)the KMO value of the questionnaire in the sample area was 0.904 > 0.6,and the significance of Bartlett sphericity test was less than 0.05,which was suitable for factor analysis.Nine factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted from the principal component analysis results,and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was74.307% > 60%,indicating that the measurement items in the questionnaire could reflect the measurement variables.All the nine measurement variables were greater than 0.6 in their associated factor loads,and all the other cross terms were less than 0.6,indicating that[Methods] This paper uses the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire to carry out the research.According to the mature measurement scale and the characteristics of rural basic public health service workers,the questionnaire of this study is formed.SPSS and AMOS are used to carry out demographic analysis,pretreatment,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,structural equation model path analysis and model fitting,as well as the analysis of different user attributes on the willingness to continue using.The effects of various variables and control variables on the willingness to continue using mobile medical APP are analyzed in general.Finally,all hypothesis results of the model are listed.the factor layout was reasonable and the structure was clear,with good convergence and discriminative validity.At the same time,the reliability of all variables is greater than 0.7,showing good reliability.The structural effectiveness of each measurement item in this questionnaire can meet the expected requirements.(2)By verifying the hypothesis of the research model,it can be concluded that information quality,service quality and system quality all positively affect the expected confirmation of mobile medical APP(P<0.05).Past use experience,public praise and job demands all positively affect the expected confirmation of mobile medical APP(P<0.05).Expected confirmation had a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of mobile medical APP(P<0.001).Satisfaction had a significant positive impact on the intention to continue using mobile medical APP(P<0.001).User attributes have different characteristics in their willingness to continue using mobile medical APP.Among them,great differences are reflected in the working years and average monthly income of rural basic public health service personnel,whose P values are 0.009 and 0.040 respectively.[Conclusions] Based on the success model theory of information system,expectation confirmation theory and service expectation theory,this paper establishes a model,which proves that information quality,service quality,system quality,past use experience,public praise and work demand are important factors affecting the willingness to continue using mobile medical APP.The willingness to continue using of rural basic public health service personnel is significantly positively affected by satisfaction and expectation confirmation,among which expectation confirmation has the greatest influence on the willingness to continue using,the overall impact of information quality on intention to continue using is minimal.The user attribute plays a controlling role on the influence of continuous use intention,and its hypothesis is partially true.Therefore,based on this study,the following Suggestions are proposed: to ensure the comprehensiveness of information and improve the quality of information;Considering the particularity of the medical industry,the promotion of mobile medical apps should be given priority to by national and health-related departments.In order to improve the degree of satisfaction,the expectation of rural basicpublic health service personnel on mobile medical APP should be improved.When designing the APP,users can be subdivided according to different working years and monthly income levels,so as to carry out targeted development. |
