??OBJECTIVES1,To understand the primary and middle school students and their parents nutrition KAP in Datuan Town of Shanghai City,and analyze its influencing factors.2,To evaluate the effect of the primary and middle school students nutrition KAP on propaganda and intervention in Datuan Town of Shanghai City,and analyze its influencing factors.3,Based on the above research,this paper provides a reference for the propaganda and intervention of schools nutrition health in Datuan Town of Shanghai City.??METHODS1,The questionnaire was designed by ourselves,to investigate the current situation of nutrition KAP of this place all parents of Grade 3 in a primary school and all Grade 7 in a junior high school.Data analysis using chi-square test,t test and analysis of variance,?=0.05.Variance homogeneity test using Levene test,?=0.10.If the variance is missing,use of Kruskal-Wallis test.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.2,To calculate and compare the different types of primary and secondary school students nutrition KAP scores,analyze its influencing factors.The correlation between the knowledge,attitude and practice of students' nutrition was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation coefficient.3,To calculate and compare the different types of students nutrition KAP scores before and after the intervention,then based on the above results to analyze its influencing factors.??RESULTS1,The parents' nutrition knowledge score was 8.51±5.12,the attitude score was 11.33±4.77,the practice score was 15.98±2.74,the total score is 35.82±8.18.Parents of second school KAP scores were more than parents of primary school,and girls parents were more than boys.The level of parental nutrition KAP increased with the increase of academic qualifications,with a linear relationship(p<0.01).The nuclear family parental nutrition attitude and total score were the highest in all family structures.Factors that affect the level of KAP included parent units,education,family structure,student fat and thin,school and gender.2,The nutrition knowledge score of primary school students was 16.55±6.01,the attitude was 24.81±4.46,the practice was 17.56±3.32,and the total was 59.02±9.98.The knowledge score(p=0.02,t=-2.46)and the total score(p=0.04,t=-2.12)of students who parents known nutrition label were higher than those parents who did not know nutrition label.The nutrition attitude score of primary school students who parents known BMI was higher than those primary school students who parents did not know BMI(p<0.01,t=-3.07).The nutrition knowledge score of junior high school students was 24.07±5.83,the attitude was 26.54±3.54,the practice was 17.49±3.65,the total was 68.16±9.13.Junior high school girls nutrition total score was higher than boys(p=0.04,t=2.02).The knowledge score(p=0.02,t=-2.42)and the total score(p=0.04,t=-2.05)of the junior high school students who parents known the dietary guidelines were higher than those who parents did not know the dietary guidelines.The nutrition knowledge score(p=0.03,t=-2.17)of the junior high school students who parents known BMI were higher than those who parents did not know BMI.There was no correlation between nutrition knowledge and practice score among students(p=0.28),and others were correlated(p<0.05).3,Students nutrition health knowledge and beliefs comparative difference was statistically significant before and after intervention(p<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in nutritional health behavior before and after comparing.It would reduce the intervention effect of students' knowledge,which parents degree is low,engaged in agricultural,joint family and family structure factors incomplete(such as a single parent,or a imperfect family).Nutrition health beliefs can be changed through the intervention,but this change is only limited within the scope of certain categories of students,such as students of lower grade students,the girl,and the nuclear family,and so on.Parents career may be a potential factors influencing students' nutritional behavior change.??CONCLUSION1,Higher educated parents have higher level of nutrition KAP.Parents' nutrition KAP levels were influenced by many factors.2,Parents were an important factor influencing the level of students' nutrition KAP,and to advocate home school joint,pay attention and promote the improvement of students' nutrition health level.3,Changes in nutrition health knowledge and beliefs would not necessarily bring about changes in behavior.Formation of healthy behavior was a difficult and complicated process.Parents' education,occupation and family structure were the main factors that affecting students' nutrition KAP propaganda intervention.
